About the Role

We’re opening something cool, fresh and a little different. It’s a frozen dessert outlet, and we’re looking for someone special to help bring it to life as our Store Manager.

We want someone who can run a tight ship - managing day-to-day operations, stock, team schedules, and keeping things smooth behind the scenes - but just as importantly, someone who brings good energy to the space every single day.

You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, sets the tone for the team, and helps build a place people genuinely love to visit.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing a small restaurant, café, or dessert shop.

  • A D3 or S1 qualification in hospitality, tourism, or business - or solid real-world experience that shows you know the ropes.

  • Comfortable with handling inventory, reporting, and managing staff schedules.

  • Positive, upbeat personality - someone who leads with a smile and keeps the vibes high.

  • Good English and Indonesian communication skills.

  • Someone who’s hands-on and happy to jump in wherever needed.

  • Lead and support a small team.

  • Create a welcoming, warm environment for customers.

  • Oversee daily operations to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Maintain quality, cleanliness and service standards.

  • Help us grow something fun and exciting from the ground up.
